Bachelor’s Living Room Makeover

The living room in this new build condo has a great wall of windows, and the owner, a bachelor, wanted a more sophisticated look that matches his personal style. All of the furniture was replaced. The upgraded living room has a large sitting area, media console with storage, and a small office space. An 8’x 10′ vintage rug anchors the sitting area and adds a splash of color as does the custom art work behind the sofa.

A ladder desk resembles an open bookcase and makes the office space look less permanent. Pulling up an upholstered chair creates a functional workspace.

Comfortable pillows, a floor lamp, coffee table, round end table and accessories provide the finishing touches to this space.
