From Warehouse to Dream Home – Exterior and Utilities
This warehouse to dream home renovation project is unique in that it is a catalyst project about how to re-develop downtown spaces that aren’t traditionally residential. With the assistance of Panama City’s Community Redevelopment Agency, the family received reimbursement grant money to remove the stucco (revealing the underlying brick that will be wet-sealed) and re-do the roof.
