Ideas for Updating Your Master Bedroom
Is your master bedroom in need of a refresh? Try one or more of these ideas for updating your master bedroom in this HGTV video:
1. Clear the room out, remove the dingy carpet and install hardwood flooring, which is scratch-resistant and great for kids and pets.
2. Make the bed a focal point. Use paint and trim on the wall to “fake” a headboard, then finish with artwork.
3. Use chalk paint and store-bought decorative overlays to jazz up furniture.
4. Give windows the designer treatment. Use plumbing pipe for a curtain rod. For curtains, add twin sheets embellished with stencil and pom-poms.
