Large porches give you plenty of room for seating and outdoor furniture. Fun pops of pink catch your eye the minute you walk up to the house. As this is a walkable neighborhodd where all the neighbors really like to get to know each other, the comfortable furniture invites people to come and stay a while.

A trellis at each end of the front porch introduces a beautiful touch of life while providing a bit of privacy. The signature pink front door is a great conversation starter and gives a little bit of a preview for the happy, preppy vibe inside.

The living room has a classic understated color scheme of blue and white. Just a few feet away, a simple drop zone is the perfect spot to take off your shoes or drop your bag as you’re coming and going in and out of the house. In lieu of a large sofa, four comfortable chairs are arranged in a circle around a circular coffee table to promote conversation. The walls are painted a calming shade of blue-gray which is brought up to the ceiling. The contrast of the blue against the white millwork highlights all the architectural detail.
