The front yard has a mix of evergreens and colorful plants with a water feature made from locally sourced stone.

The home sits on the edge of picturesque Lake Champlain. At the water’s edge, there’s a small dock ready for swimming and boating. There are two decks on the back of the house.

The main deck offers a private entrance to the master bedroom, and only steps away is a super comfortable living and dining area, where you can continue to enjoy the awesome lake view.

On the lower deck are some one-of-a-kind features that are totally unique to this home. The Adirondack chairs are made from wooden oars. Steps away is clever storage for kayaks and an old wooden canoe that’s been completely reimagined and rebuilt as a bench. The finishing touch is a Brazilian style charcoal grill.
