Starting out front, you immediately see a large and welcoming porch, a common sight in this neighborhood. Blues and pinks are used in a more subtle way on the rugs, furniture and pillows. There’s plenty of space for neighbors to come and hang out.

The private backyard has been fully landscaped with plants that will mature and thrive in this climate. There’s a path that leads you to a fire pit surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs. Behind it is a custom art piece that mimics the style of vintage signage and features the neighborhood’s name.

The covered patio is another great spot for entertaining. The rustic table and festive yellow chairs are ready for great dinner parties, but they also provide a quiet spot for getting some work done. A small room off the covered patio has been outfitted to serve as an artist’s studio.
