Stunning Living and Dining Room Transformation

This red, gold and green living and dining space was beautiful but outdated, and the homeowners wanted something new. See the details of this stunning living and dining room transformation in this video by Robeson Design:

Four charcoal gray leather chairs surrounding an octagonal birdseye maple coffee table create a central seating area. The fireplace wall was furred out six inches forward and covered with gray tile in a chevron pattern; the Christopher Guy gold sunburst mirror provides a showstopping focal point. Contrasting white window treatments go up to the ceiling. The palm thread rug anchors the space, while the circular light fixture crowns it. A long side table serves as a bar.

A new X architectural feature in the ceiling and a custom glass globe light fixture make a dramatic statement in the dining room. Colorful contemporaroy artwork adds a pop of color to the neutral palette. New casements and transoms allowed the window treatments to be taken up to the ceiling and makes the windows appear larger and more impressive.
