How to Make a Peel-and-Stick Wood Accent Wall
Wood accent walls are trending right now. Updating a room using peel-and-stick flooring planks is a easy and quick DIY project. Learn how to make a peel-and-stick wood accent wall in this video by Better Homes and Gardens:
- Prep the wall, removing switch plates, nails and other obstructions.
- Starting at the baseboard, remove the back paper on a peel-and-stick vinyl plank and press onto the wall.
- Using this same process, continue installing the planks up the wall. Trim corner pieces carefully, leaving a smooth edge.
- As the pattern builds, mark any additional cuts for switch plates as needed.
- Mark and cut planks horizontally at the ceiling.
