Romantic Master Bedroom Suite Makeover

Can a bedroom be turned into (using the client’s words) a “love shack” for under $10,000 and without adding a window or removing the one window? See the details of this romantic master bedroom suite makeover in this video by Robeson Design:

The ceiling in the bedroom was slanted, with the bed on the low wall. By moving the bed forward 12 inches and upholstering the entire back wall with fabric, the asymmetry created by the single window was removed. Canned lights in the ceiling installed behind the fabric wall allow the room to be as romantic and dark or as bright as desired. The new headboard, bedding, nightstands, and upholstered bench at the foot of the bed complete the look.
