With outdoor spaces this good, this house is sure to have guests!

Starting with the lower deck which is just under the home, there’s a modern fire pit front and center. You can cook on the gas grill, eat at the live edge wood bar that seats eight, and entertain a crowd in the modern seating area. The island is great for prep.

Up the stairs to the main level, the covered deck gives you another opportunity to enjoy the great view. All-weather furniture with a modern vibe is anchored by an amazing coffee table that was upcycled from a vintage mahogany boat. Next to that is a sweet spot for morning coffee.

Above the main level just off the bedrooms is another private deck with open views that are even better. There’s seating up here as well, including another piece that’s upcycled from the boat, and a modern fire pit.

Last but not least, a beautifully landscaped path leads you to a full-sized volleyball court and a raised deck with built-in planters, limestone landscape rock and custom seating.
