Photographer’s Home Studio Makeover

This photographer wanted her new home studio to reflect her personal brand. With five easy DIY projects in one weekend, DIY expert Monica Mangin creates separate zones for work, kitchen and living areas to create a beautiful functional space. See the details of this makeover in this Lowe’s video:

1. A backsplash was made from faux brick panels and painted white to add a clean timeless feel to the kitchen.

2. The upper kitchen cabinets were replaced with cubes made from plywood and copper pipes.

3. A custom-cut whiteboard was framed with pine stained a dark walnut color.

4. Wooden X attachments made from 2×2’s were added to the profile of the builder-grade coffee table.

5. An accent wall was built from peel-and-stick pre-stained wood pieces.

Furniture and accessories bring the entire space together.
