For this guest bedroom, the whole design started with the color palette. Cool gray walls and a white ceiling are the backdrop for pops of bright colors on the bed, in the furniture and in the artwork.

The bed is where it all comes together. The upholstered headboard and bed frame and a gray ticking is accented with crisp white linens and citron green pillows. The bed not only looks good but also has some hidden high-tech features. It’s fully adjustable; all it takes is a swipe, and you can re-position the bed and activate massage and vibrating functions for total relaxation.

A floor-to-ceiling window framed by fun drapes lets in plenty of natural light, and a comfy chair is a great spot for some reading.
