This powder room is a long narrow space, with the lavatory area separated from the toilet by a wooden screen. The inset stainless steel mesh creates a sense of continuity with the rest of the room.

The vapour orange lavatory provided the color inspiration for the mosaic floor, ceiling and chair upholstery, while the neutral background allows the eye to rest.

A feeling of playfulness and fun is created by the polka dot and circle motif reminiscent of champagne bubbles, which is incorporated into the custom mosaic floor with its blown up circle cabochon pattern and the upper wall lacquered panels set with mother of pearl polka dots.

Shaded sconces illuminate the sink area, while high hats provide sparkle as well as task lighting. The frameless mirror is a medicine cabinet recessed into the wall.
