How to Build a Spice Rack
Learn how to build a spice rack for a kitchen cabinet in this Build.com video:
- Take out a shelf from your cabinet to use as a template. Trace the outline of the shelf on a piece of masonite and cut it out with a skill saw.
- Measure the edges of the template using a 2″ piece of scrap wood or a ruler. Round the corners by using a wine glass. Taper the front ends.
- Use a jig saw to cut out the shape.
- Glue a small piece of wood to the back of the masonite rack to make it more rigid.
- Once dry, mount the rack in the cabinet and organize your spices.
