  • Laminate countertops were replaced with natural stone countertops
  • A contemporary backsplash was installed that extends up to the vaulted ceiling
  • The old appliances were replaced with stainless appliances
  • Stock cabinets were added to create a small center island which was topped with a granite countertop
  • Glass pendant lighting was installed over the island
  • Fresh coat of white paint was applied to the ceiling

This kitchen renovation came in under budget at a little over $18,000, and the homeowners are delighted with their bright contemporary kitchen.
