This luxurious forever home balances traditional and modern styles and features layering of textures in subtle different ways throughout the house. Setting the tone for the entire house is the foyer with its heated marble floors, integrated closets, center archway with a floating console, and an elegant chandelier. The cozy family room has a plush sectional and a modern linear fireplace with a marble surround; a glass door partition opens to a covered porch that incorporates ceiling heaters and motorized bug screens for three season enjoyment. Different patterns and materials were incorporated into the transitional kitchen which has a real wood chevron paneling insets in the bar area and on the side of the island, a glass hood with a patinaed metal strap framing, marble backsplash and countertops, and a custom banquette and oval table. The dramatic powder room has stone mosaic floor tile with brass inlays, a quartzite marble vanity sink, and an oversized metal arched mirror. The main bathroom is light and bright with oversized porcelain shower walls, a freestanding dual vanity with wood graining on the door fronts, brass fixtures, and a soaking tub.
