Parisian-Style Semi-Detached Victorian

This Parisian-style semi-detached Victorian was given a contemporary spin by opening up the two stories in the main space and having the library above it, creating a grand opening. The entryway has a new front door based off the original heritage door and checkered tumbled marble flooring. Off the entryway is the dining room which has a bay window banquette and a custom double rounded edge microcement table. Situated under the two-story opening is the family room with its fireplace and curved sofa and the powder room with its caseless toilet, grasscloth wallpaper, and custom stone vanity. An archway leads into the white kitchen with its full pantry, coffee station, paneled appliances, long island, and marble backsplash and countertops. At the top of the stairs is the library and a wall of wainscoted doors that conceal a home office nook and a laundry space with a stackable washer/dryer. French pocket doors lead into the bathroom which has brass and marble everywhere and includes a toilet room, shower room and a Victoria Albert tub. The principal bedroom has a dark oak custom headboard and bed, bioethanol fireplace with a custom marble mantel, and small kitchenette. Take the tour in this House & Home video:
