Luxurious High-Rise Condo

The interior design of this luxurious high-rise condo was inspired by a boutique hotel and is filled with rich elements such as glamorous finishes, velvets, and natural stones. A vapor fireplace is the focal point of the living room which has a large sofa and chairs and a media unit; a stone hood over the fireplace contains hidden storage. The dining room with its black sculptural fixture and large table flows into the galley kitchen which has black tubular flush lighting over the long island. Two bedrooms were converted into a larger principal suite; the moodier ensuite bath has black porcelain tile which is offset with warm cabinetry and gold finishes. Other features include the multi-functional second bedroom which serves an an office, fitness room and guest room and the glam powder room which has metallic botanical print wallpaper.
