Minimalist Elegant Family Home

Initially visualized as a very simple Scandinavian style home, the exterior had a bit of a Parisian feel, so the design goal was to amplify the beautiful sight lines and create a minimalist elegant family home. The foyer has beautiful patterned floor tile, a custom-made bench and gold accents. A double-sided fireplace connects the office with its expansive windows and custom bookcases and the living room with its green velvet sofa, comfortable chairs and black and white coffee table. The family hub is the back of the home that includes the family room, which has a comfortable sectional sofa and another beautiful fireplace, and the eat-in kitchen with its oversized island, two-tone cabinetry, marble countertops and backsplash, butler’s pantry and a breakfast nook with floor-to-ceiling windows.
