1. Cut out circle from card stock
2. To create the petals, stack sheets of crepe paper, fold over and cut out varying sizes of petals
3. Stretch and mold petals
4. Add hot glue to base of petal
5. Hot glue petals to card stock, starting with largest first
6. Continue attaching petals from largest to smallest
7. Cut 2×8-inch strip of crepe paper
8. Cut fringe along strip
9. Add hot glue to base of strip
10. Roll up strip
11. Glue to center
12. Attach flowers to wall with adhesive strips
