Scandi-Style Minimalist Home
This 110 year-old house had not had a renovation in many years. The homeowners used creative design and their ideas of how they envisioned living in the home to create a contemporary light-filled space. The updated kitchen has both open shelving and IKEA cabinetry, a large island and a breakfast nook. A custom coffee table, low-maintenance furniture, and low-profile fireplace create a cozy living room. The monochromatic bathroom has simple clean lines, while the powder room has patterned floor tile and a deep green and blue color palette, giving the space a hotel-like feel.
