Tissue Paper Dyed Eggs

Use bleeding tissue paper to give your Easter eggs a cool tie-dye like design. Learn how to make tissue paper dyed eggs in this Better Homes and Gardens video:



1. Cut bleeding tissue paper into 6-inch squares.

2. Crumple tissue paper squares together in sets of two.

3. Place egg in center of tissue paper.

4. Wrap tissue paper around egg.

5. Place coffee filter around egg.

6. Tie off at top with a rubber band.

7. Wrap another rubber band around egg.

8. Repeat steps 3-7 for additional eggs.

9. Submerge each egg in vinegar.

10. Place eggs on drying rack overnight.

11. Remove outer paper from eggs.

12. Let eggs dry completely.
