Located under the garage, this 1200 square-foot gym with a 19-1/2 foot ceiling was designed to be a four-season space for family and friends. Acoustical foam and plaster helps to absorb sound. There is also a locker room with a drinking fountain, glass door and stained concrete floor. Retaining walls allowed a space for window panels that bring in lots of natural light during the daytime. Low profile LED lighting are high impact and long lasting. A huge ceiling fan keeps the air moving.
