The homeowners did not want to crawl into a bedroom loft, so the Hampton-style inspired home was built on a gooseneck trailer. The beautiful white galley kitchen has marble countertops and full-sized appliances including a gas oven. A restored parquetry table doubles as a desk and dining table. The lounge area has a large window, TV and sofa; the mezzanine loft serves as a standing workstation. Mood lighting is set through smart controls.

At the other end of the home, the bathroom has a washer, shower, vanity, smart mirror with internal de-misting and Bluetooth phone connectivity for playing music, and an incinerating toilet. The upstairs bedroom has ample closet, wardrobe and under-bed storage.
