Designer’s Urban Rental Condo

This designer’s urban rental condo is a one-bedroom, 700 square-foot space that’s decorated with travel photography, rustic accents and a neutral color palette. See the features in this House & Home video:

Painting the walls white made the space feel fresh and clean and created a blank canvas for design. The color palette in the living space was inspired by a Portuguese travel photo that was enlarged and hung as wall art. Chairs from the antique dining table can be pulled in as needed, so there is ample space for entertaining. Natural rustic pieces like the vintage side table give the space a more homey feel. Adjacent to the living space is an office with two desks sharing a common desktop and open shelving and the bedroom with two DIY olive green dressers that serve as night stands.
