Urban Condo with Sculptural Elements
This urban condo with sculptural elements breaks away from the typical grid-like cookie-cutter condo design by incorporating custom-designed furnishings and noble elements. A unique bold wedge-shaped bench makes a statement in the private vestibule entry space. The living room is furnished with a boomerang-shaped sofa, wedge-shaped sofa table, a round area rug, a curved window seat in the bay window and a striking angular wall sculpture. Metal and glass doors lead into the den (a conversion from the original second bedroom) which has a sofa bed that accommodates overnight guests. The small kitchen has custom millwork, lighting and metalwork, a furniture-like island on legs, and open shelving; the island countertop and backsplash are made from a beautiful Turkish marble with wine-colored veining. Other features include the master bathroom with its walnut vanity, terrazzo tile, and curbless shower. Take the tour in this House & Home video:
