The design of this beautiful family home maximizes flow and efficiency. The formal dining and living spaces were transposed, allowing for a larger living room with a fireplace and custom built-ins. Repainting the cabinetry white and installing a dramatic counter-to-ceiling backsplash and a large island made the kitchen brighter and more functional. A second family area upstairs serves as a playroom and TV watching area.
