Renovated Bachelor’s Condo

Removing the popcorn ceiling, adding black-framed windows and concrete columns, and replacing the flooring gave this renovated bachelor’s condo an industrial vibe. The kitchen was updated with Ikea cabinetry with custom fronts and a mix of black and brass hardware, a custom black and gold vent hood, and a Carrara marble backsplash in a hexagon pattern with gold grouting. A round oak dining table that seats six is perfect for poker nights. The master bedroom has grasscloth wallpaper and is outfitted with two wardrobes, and the adjacent ensuite has a large vanity and a porcelain Carrara shower.
