Creating the perfect open-concept space is all about creating zones. This 750-square-foot loft was divided into a living room, a dining room and a bedroom that flow together seamlessly.
It all starts in the living room with a neutral sectional, colorful throw pillows and bold graphic freestanding oversized wall art. A textured soft area rug in an oatmeal color offsets the hard concrete floor. The mobile TV easel displays a Frame TV. The glass coffee table and two blue chairs complete the seating area.
The dining area is moodier with an deep indigo rug and an extendable modern farmhouse style table and blue chairs. The sideboard provides storage space and serves as a bar area. Overhead is a gallery display of painted baskets. Three open bookcases separate the dining area from the bedroom.
A queen bed with dove gray and slate blue colored bedding, large bedside tables and lamps, and a bench at the end of the bed create a serene bedroom. The bench can be moved into the living and dining areas to provide extra seating when needed.
